Preschool Prep
Our preschool prep service is designed to help to prepare your child for the next stage of their education. We provide a warm and nurturing environment in which they can be taught some of the key skills that they will need in preschool and school. Daycares are excellent environments to help children to become accustomed to interacting with other children of similar ages and with adults on a daily basis. If your child is younger than preschool age then you should consider enrolling them in our preschool prep program. We will help you to ensure that your child is ready and excited for preschool.
Language and Art Toddlers are inquisitive in nature. Our pre-school prep encourages their curiosity and helps to direct it towards given areas of learning. We focus on making their adjustment and learning periods as fun as possible. Games and storytelling are great ways to help children to familiarize themselves with language. We also use these methods to help to foster their creativity. For example, we use storytelling activities to encourage listening, speaking, and drawing. Children are taught and encouraged to make associations between sounds, letters, words, and physical reality. We help your child to prepare for their preschool start. Maths and Science Our child care services work to introduce basic maths and science to your child. Our teaching techniques are carefully planned and adjusted to the ages and the interests of the particular children that are in our daycare. It is essential that learning is made to be a fun experience for them. We focus on using real-life and physical activities to introduce maths and science to very young children. Our creative and hands-on approach is effective in getting children engaged, enjoying the activity, and expanding their understanding. The outdoors and nature is one of the most effective learning tools that we have and we use it fully to immerse your child in their learning process. Social and Emotional Part of the preschool experience is the social and emotional learning that takes place. For some children, preschool is the first time that they spend away from their parents. It may also be the first time that they are having to interact and share space with many other children their age. It can be an overwhelming and sometimes upsetting experience for children. Preschool prep is there to help to bridge the gap between home and preschool. Our nursery school is designed to encourage the emotional and social development of children. You can choose to send your child part-time or full-time. We will discuss with you an ideal plan that will help your child to quickly settle and adapt to their preschool prep experience. Physical Physical development is needed in order to create a preschool prep program that is fully rounded. The team at our day care center has worked with young children for several years and knows all the best ways to encourage an individual child’s development. We are dedicated to innovative physical learning techniques and styles. It is important to us that your child fosters a positive relationship with movement and their body. We focus on helping them to be healthy and improving their fine and gross motor skills. These skills will be essential to them for the activities and increasing levels of independence that will be expected of them as they reach preschool age. |
